O querido ator Alan Rickman, que intrerpreta Severo Snape na série Harry Potter desde 2001, no primeiro filme da série, completa hoje 65 anos. Alan é muito querido e conhecido no teatro e cinema britânico.
Alan Rickman nasceu no centro urbano de Hammersmith, em Londres. Vindo de uma família de classe média, filho de Margaret Doreen Rose, uma dona de casa galesa, e de Bernard Rickman, um operário irlandês. Seu pai faleceu quando Alan tinha oito anos de idade.
Prêmios
Alan ganhou o Globo de Ouro como Melhor Ator – Minissérie/Filme para a TV por Rasputin. Alan já foi indicado ao MTV Movie Awards como Melhor Vilão por Robin Hodd – O Príncipe dos Ladrões, recebeu uma indicação ao Emmy como Melhor Ator por Something the Lord Made. Recebeu quatro indicações ao BAFTA, uma como Melhor Ator em Truly Madly Deeply, Razão e Sensibilidade, Michel Collins e por sua atuação como Melhor Ator Coadjunvante em Robin Hodd – O Príncipe dos Ladrões, no qual ganhou o prêmio.
